libheif 1.23 (Emscripten/WebAssembly build), as distributed in the npm package libheif-js 1.23.5.

Used by Mellow Hub's free image tools (https://www.mellow.world/hub/tools) to open HEIC/HEIF photos in
browsers that cannot decode them. It runs in the visitor's browser; no picture is uploaded.

The files here are the package's libheif-wasm/libheif.js and libheif-wasm/libheif.wasm, unmodified. They are
loaded as separate files, so any build of libheif with the same interface can be put in their place.
