MELLOW HUB GUIDE

Manage multiple brands and social accounts in Mellow Hub

Create separate workspaces for shops, clients and blogs. Connect multiple accounts on the same network and keep publishing history and agent access separate.

One workspace for each brand

Your existing channels and publications stay in Profile 1. Use the Workspace selector at the top left, choose +, and give the new space a name such as Flower shop. You can rename any space.

Each space has its own channels, posts, schedule, queue, publication history and agent access. Your login and subscription are shared, including the monthly publication allowance. Switching spaces discards unsaved changes; separate browser tabs can keep different spaces open.

Connect another account on the same network

  1. Choose the correct workspace first and open Channels.
  2. Choose Connect or Add another account for the network. Follow the network’s sign-in and consent steps.
  3. If it offers your usual account, use the network’s Switch account or Use another account option. If there is no selector, sign into the intended social account in a separate browser profile or private window, sign into Mellow there too, and restart Connect from the correct workspace.
  4. Select only the intended pages, channels or organizations. Some networks return several managed pages from one login. Review every account shown in Channels after returning.
  5. In Compose, select the exact recipients by their account names. An additional connected account is never automatically included in a post.

You do not normally need to disconnect existing accounts or revoke Post for Me permissions to add another account. Revoking a network’s app permission can affect several connected pages at once.

Disconnect or move an account

Open its current workspace, find the exact account in Channels, and choose Disconnect. Cancel its scheduled publications first, and wait for any publication in progress to finish. History remains in the original workspace.

A connected provider account belongs to one workspace. To move it, disconnect it in the old space, switch spaces and connect it again. If the provider still reports that it belongs to another external ID, stop and contact support; the Hub will not silently transfer ownership or combine histories.

Disconnecting an account in Profile 1 can also disconnect that shared channel from Mellow for Instagram. Disconnecting a social account does not delete its already published posts.

Give agents access to the right workspace

Create API keys from Agents inside the intended workspace. During OAuth authorization, check the workspace name, choose channels and permissions, and select Review or Autopilot deliberately. An existing key or authorization stays in its original workspace even when you switch the website to another one.

Start with Review mode and a small daily limit. One publication to each destination account consumes one publication from your shared subscription allowance.

Network requirements still apply

Instagram requires a professional account. Facebook publishes to managed Pages, YouTube needs the intended channel, Pinterest needs board IDs, and Bluesky uses an app password. Available LinkedIn account types depend on the connected application’s permissions.

Check the current network requirements. Finish one connection before starting the next in the same browser, so its authorization callback returns to the correct attempt.
