Which networks can I publish to on each plan?
All of them, on every plan: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, Facebook, and Telegram. Plans differ in brand profiles and AI credits — never in networks or publishing. Connect as many accounts as a brand has, including several on the same network.
Is publishing really unlimited?
Yes, on every plan: there is no allowance to plan around and no overage charge. To keep it unlimited for people, a fair-use ceiling stops automated floods. Each calendar month it is 900 publications on Solo, 2,400 publications on Studio, and 4,200 publications on Scale, and one post to five accounts counts as five. The ceiling is shared across all profiles and Mellow, resets on the first of each month in UTC and does not roll over. Annual billing keeps the same monthly ceiling.
Can I use this for multiple clients?
Yes, with a separate profile for each brand. These plans are for one account owner. Team seats, client logins and approval roles are not included. Supported formats and connection requirements vary by network. Your AI client may need its own paid plan.
What is free, and what uses credits?
AI writing is included in every plan without limit: captions, hashtags, shorter versions, titles, ideas, a review before posting and the assistant, from the first day of a trial. To keep it unlimited for people, there is a fair-use ceiling of 36 requests an hour and 40 a day for one profile, plus 15 a day for each further profile. Credits are for AI design: each AI-designed slide, cover or image costs 10, plus 2 for a carousel's story — 32 for three designed slides. A text or own-photo carousel costs 2. Editing, templates and export are free. Every cost is shown before you start, and failed generations are refunded. Solo includes 300, Studio includes 750, Scale includes 1,500 credits each calendar month; they refresh monthly, including on yearly plans, and purchased credits never expire. Eligible trials include 40 one-time credits — enough for a designed carousel. Extra profile add-ons do not add publications or credits.
How does the trial and renewal work?
A new account gets 7 days for $0 with a card on file; cancel before they end and nothing is charged. Then the plan you chose is charged automatically and renews monthly or yearly at the price shown until you cancel. On monthly billing the first month is 20% off; a year already costs ten months. You can turn off renewal in billing settings at any time. Applicable tax is shown at checkout.
What if I pay and publish nothing?
If no post goes out from your account in the 30 days after a payment, write to us within those 30 days. We refund that payment in full, to the card it came from, and end the plan.
Already subscribed to Mellow?
Your existing subscription works here. Use the same login. Purchases made through Apple are managed with Apple; web subscriptions through Stripe. Existing subscriptions keep their current terms.

Is there anything to set up?
Add Mellow as a remote MCP connector in a compatible client, sign in, and approve the channels and permissions. Setup depends on your client and plan; a prompt alone does not grant access.
Which networks does Mellow publish to?
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, Facebook, Telegram channels and TikTok business accounts — Reels, Shorts, video, carousels, text and pins.
What if a post breaks a network's rules?
You find out before publishing: caption length, cover, title and the number of files are checked in advance — you fix it before anyone sees it.
Will anything be published without me?
Only through an agent you connected, and only within what you allowed: the accounts, a daily limit and an expiry. By default it publishes on its own. Choose review when you connect it, and every post waits for your yes.
Can one post go out twice?
Retries with the same idempotency key return the existing publication. A new key creates a new request, so agents should reuse keys when retrying.
Can I publish by hand, without an agent?
Yes. Mellow has its own interface: channels, composer and queue. You and the agent work from the same list of accounts.
What does it cost?
Connecting accounts, drafts and validation are free. Publishing requires a subscription. Eligible new subscribers get a 7-day trial with a card, followed by the selected monthly or annual charge unless cancelled. See the plans above for current prices and allowances.

Use one login and one subscription. Existing shared accounts remain in Profile 1; additional Hub profiles keep their channels and histories separate.
