What counts as a publication?
One post to five accounts uses five publications. Your allowance is shared across all workspaces and Mellow, resets on the first of each month in UTC, and does not roll over. Annual billing keeps the same monthly allowance. No automatic overage charges.
Can I use this for multiple clients?
Yes, with a separate workspace for each brand. These plans are for one account owner. Team seats, client logins and approval roles are not included. Supported formats and connection requirements vary by network. Your AI client may need its own paid plan.
How does the trial and renewal work?
Eligible new subscribers receive a 7-day trial with a card on file. After the trial, the full monthly or annual price shown for your selected plan is charged automatically unless you cancel. You can turn off renewal in billing settings. Applicable tax is shown at checkout.
Already subscribed to Mellow?
Your existing subscription works here. Use the same login. Purchases made through Apple are managed with Apple; web subscriptions through Stripe. Existing subscriptions keep their current terms.
