Control of your data
You can disconnect Instagram or delete your account at any time.
Your Instagram password is never given to Mellow. Disconnecting revokes the connection at the provider, and deleting your account clears the Mellow data tied to it.
Disconnecting Instagram
Open Profile in Mellow and tap Disconnect Instagram. No new publications will be created and access to the professional account is revoked. You can also remove the access in Instagram's own app settings.
Deleting everything
In the iOS app, open Profile → Delete account and data and confirm. Mellow revokes access and deletes stored media, publications, connections and the account itself. This cannot be undone.
If you cannot open the app
Send a request from the email address you sign in with to contact@spody.appwith the subject "Mellow data deletion". We confirm your identity and complete the request within 30 days.
What may remain
A minimal technical record, without content or tokens, may be kept solely to prevent abuse, to comply with the law and to evidence that the deletion happened.
