The AI stack of a one-person company: five tools and what they cost (October 2026)
The short version

How they work together
- Claude Code finds a trend and writes the script.
- HeyGen speaks it with my twin, and fal draws the studio and any missing shots.
- ElevenLabs transcribes the recording word by word, and the timestamps are used to cut the pauses.
- An agent posts the result through Mellow Hub. My job is to check it and say yes.

Can I start on free plans?
Partly. HeyGen has 3 free videos a month, ElevenLabs has 12 free minutes of transcription a month, and Mellow Hub's first 3 posts are free with no card. Claude Code is included in Claude Pro: $20 a month, or $17 a month billed yearly.
What is fal?
A platform with more than a thousand image, video, audio and 3D models, where you pay for each result. In this chain it made the studio behind me.
Who posts through Mellow Hub, a person or an agent?
An agent, but only after the owner's delegation: the owner chooses the channels, review or autopilot mode, a daily ceiling and an expiry, and every action is logged. How that works is in Hub's guide to social media MCP.
