Which networks can I publish to on each plan?
All of them, on every plan: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, and Facebook. Plans differ in brand profiles, monthly publications and AI credits — never in networks. Connect as many accounts as a brand has, including several on the same network.
What counts as a publication?
One post to five accounts uses five publications. Your allowance is shared across all profiles and Mellow, resets on the first of each month in UTC, and does not roll over. Annual billing keeps the same monthly allowance. No automatic overage charges.
Can I use this for multiple clients?
Yes, with a separate profile for each brand. These plans are for one account owner. Team seats, client logins and approval roles are not included. Supported formats and connection requirements vary by network. Your AI client may need its own paid plan.
What is free, and what uses credits?
AI writing is included in every plan without limit: captions, hashtags, shorter versions, titles, ideas, a review before posting and the assistant, from the first day of a trial. To keep it unlimited for people, there is a fair-use ceiling of 36 requests an hour and 40 a day for one profile, plus 15 a day for each further profile. Credits are for AI design: each AI-designed slide, cover or image costs 10, plus 2 for a carousel's story — 32 for three designed slides. A text or own-photo carousel costs 2. Editing, templates and export are free. Every cost is shown before you start, and failed generations are refunded. Solo includes 300, Studio includes 750, Scale includes 1,500 credits each calendar month; they refresh monthly, including on yearly plans, and purchased credits never expire. Eligible trials include 40 one-time credits — enough for a designed carousel. Extra profile add-ons do not add publications or credits.
How does the trial and renewal work?
Eligible new subscribers receive a 7-day trial with a card on file. After the trial, the full monthly or annual price shown for your selected plan is charged automatically unless you cancel. You can turn off renewal in billing settings. Applicable tax is shown at checkout.
Already subscribed to Mellow?
Your existing subscription works here. Use the same login. Purchases made through Apple are managed with Apple; web subscriptions through Stripe. Existing subscriptions keep their current terms.
